Following the protest rallies held in Switzerland in October and November 2020, we invite you to an exhibition of artworks inspired by the wave of feminist protest. From photography to graphics to jewellery, on 27 June 2021 we want to gather at Klimaanlage in Zurich and showcase the protests in Switzerland so far. We want to recharge our batteries together and network for future mobilisations.
We strongly protest against the drastic restriction of the right to abortion in Poland. We stand up for the right to self-determination over our lives and our bodies.
Meeting open to all genders. Obligatory to wear a mask.
The exhibition is organised by DziewuCHy Switzerland, Polish feminists in Switzerland.
And the Word became flesh!
You will be able to see, touch and feel the reminiscences of our protests. A group of ten artists of Polish origin working in Switzerland will present their photographic works and more. Parallel to the visual documentation of our feminist struggle, posters and banners presented to us at rallies in Rapperswil, Zurich and Bern will be shown.
